A concrete driveway is a reinforced, engineered slab that creates a durable, low‑maintenance surface for everyday vehicles. A properly prepared base, steel reinforcement, and a high‑strength concrete mix work together to prevent settlement, reduce cracking, and deliver a clean, premium look that can be finished broomed, exposed, or decorative.

We use 3,500–4,500 PSI mixes optimized for Tennessee climates, Grade 60 rebar or welded wire reinforcement, and properly graded aggregates. Admixtures improve workability and long‑term durability, while penetrating sealers help protect against freeze‑thaw cycles, de‑icing salts, and staining.

How Concrete Driveways is Made
Installation begins with excavation and base preparation, followed by placement and compaction of a crushed‑stone base. Forms are set to establish slope for drainage, reinforcement is installed, and a 4–6 inch concrete slab is placed and finished. Control joints are cut to manage natural shrinkage, and the slab is cured to reach design strength before normal use.
